Missed Dose
The missed dose should be taken as soon as possible. It is advisable to skip the missed dose if it is already time for your next scheduled dose. Do not use extra medicine to make up for the missed dose.

Liver impairment
This medicine should be used with caution in patients suffering from liver diseases due to the increased risk of worsening of the patient's condition. Close monitoring of liver function tests, appropriate dose adjustments, or replacement with a suitable alternative may be necessary based on the clinical condition of the patient.

Skeletal abnormalities
This medicine should be used with caution in patients suffering from vertebral/skeletal abnormalities due to the increased risk of worsening of the patient's condition. Prolonged use of this medicine may increase the risk of hyperostosis (excessive bone growth). Close monitoring of clinical condition, appropriate dose adjustments, or replacement with a suitable alternative may be required based on the clinical condition of the patient.

Eye disorders
This medicine should be used with caution due to the increased risk of side effects such as dry eyes, eye irritation, eye swelling, blurred vision, etc. This risk is especially higher in patients suffering from pre-existing eye disorders. Report any unusual eye symptoms to the doctor immediately. Close monitoring of eye function with eye exams, appropriate dose adjustments, or replacement with a suitable alternative may be required based on the clinical condition of the patient.

Driving or Operating machinery
Use of this medicine may cause symptoms such as blurred vision, dizziness, drowsiness, night blindness, etc. in some patients. It is advised that you do not perform any activities such as driving a vehicle or operating machinery if you experience any of these symptoms during treatment with this medicine.

Use in pediatrics
This medicine is not recommended for use in patients less than 18 years of age since the safety and efficacy of use are not clinically established.

Contraception and Pregnancy
Female patients of child-bearing potential are advised to use 2 effective forms of birth control beginning at least 1 month prior to starting treatment with this medicine, during the treatment, and for at least 3 years after stopping treatment with this medicine. It is important that you discuss effective long-term as well as emergency contraceptive measures with your doctor before beginning therapy with this medicine. If you do become pregnant during treatment with this medicine or within 3 years of stopping treatment with this medicine, contact your doctor immediately to discuss the possible effects on the unborn baby.
