Recute Capsules 20mg contain Isotretinoin USP, a potent medication primarily used to treat severe forms of acne, such as nodular or cystic acne, especially when other treatments have failed.

Usage:

Isotretinoin works by reducing the amount of oil released by oil glands in your skin, helping your skin renew itself more quickly. This action decreases the severity of acne and promotes quick healing of acne lesions.

Dosage:

The typical starting dose is 0.5 mg/kg of body weight per day, divided into two doses. Depending on individual response and tolerance, the dose may be adjusted between 0.1 to 1 mg/kg daily. It's essential to follow your healthcare provider's instructions regarding dosage. 

Precautions:

• Pregnancy: Isotretinoin is highly teratogenic and can cause severe birth defects. It is strictly contraindicated during pregnancy. Women of childbearing potential must use effective contraception during treatment and for at least one month after discontinuation.

• Blood Donation: Avoid donating blood while on isotretinoin and for at least one month after stopping the medication to prevent the risk of transfusion to pregnant women
